1. How long has Kingpo been in business and where can I get some background information on your company?

We have been in business since 2010. We are a privately held corporation. Some basic background materials on our company can be found on our web site in the About section.

2. ​What type of services can your provide?

We offer manufaturing, consulting and training services. Our founder and engineers are experts in product safety.

3. Where can I view your products?

Products can viewed here.This website includes our latest product.KingPo offer varieties of test apparatus.We have a manufaturing site so we also provide customized service.If you can't find what you are looking for,send us an email(Our email: sales@kingpo.hk)

4. Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Your order history has the biggest effect on the amount of the discounts. Also, if you order multiple products we will also discount your order. Please contact us for more information.

5. Do you accept credit card payment?

Yes we do.But currently we can only accept credit card payment via paypal.We will require additional 5% as commission included in the order.

6. What if the equipment has the latest version of standard that we do not update on time?

Please don't hesitate to share the latest version with us.We are always keen to offer the most up-to-date product to our customer.We are pleased to upgrade our product to latest standards.

7. What if the equipment we supply does not comply?

If the equipment does not comply,we will replace with a new compliant one for free.
