The system is used to evaluate the vibration level of hand-held electric tools and hand-held power tools. The vibration signal is measured by the vibration sensor installed on the handle. The system adopts two kinds of analysis methods:human manual vibration frequency meter WH method specified in ISO8041 and 1/3-octave frequency conversion. The vibration emission value, uncertainty and coefficient of variation of handle can be measured and analyzed.

The system is used to evaluate the vibration level of hand-held tool handle. The vibration signal is measured by the vibration sensor mounted on the handle. The system adopts the standard manual vibration frequency meter WH method and 1/3 octave frequency range conversion acceleration, which can measure and analyze the vibration emission value, uncertainty and coefficient of variation of the handle at different positions of the tool. Additional extension tools can also be used to evaluate the vibration of human body under different states, such as torso, head, sitting, horizontal and vertical.

Measurement system hardware
The software interface is composed of operation button, menu button, curve display interface, analysis setting and analysis result. The analysis setting and display interface are displayed at the top interface to facilitate user operation. Through interface switching, the time domain curve, vibration energy level curve, 1 ≤ 3 octave curve, power spectrum curve and test data analysis interface of the measurement process can be displayed and switched.
The software displays the test process X, Y, Z vibration amplitude and time curve in real time, which is used to observe the time history signal.

The software uses linear average, exponential average and peak average to calculate the frequency amplitude signal. It can also be used for fault and exception analysis of tools.
The software adopts standard 1/3 octave frequency weighting, ISOWh method frequency weighting for users to select, real-time monitoring, interface display test times, test time, for customer interaction, can more effectively control the variation of variation coefficient produced by different operators.

The test and analysis interface shows the amplitude and frequency of different central frequency bands with 1 ≤ 3 octave, the data analyzed by Wh method and 1 ≤ 3 octave method, and shows that the vibration emission value aH, uncertainty K and coefficient of variation Cv, are in good agreement with the standard requirements through the measurement of the tool handle.
