JIS D0203 rain and spray tester for automobile parts
Overview:
This waterproof test equipment is comprehensively designed and manufactured in accordance with the four test types R1, R2, S1 and S2 in the JIS D 0203-1994 and KS R 0015 standards, and is suitable for the moisture resistance and water resistance tests of automotive parts.
This equipment uses stainless steel water pumps for water supply. The water supply volume is controlled in a closed loop by flow sensors, pressure sensors, PLC, frequency converters, etc. The flow sensor feeds back the flow value and pressure value in real time to the PLC. The PLC controls the operating frequency of the frequency converter through calculation. The frequency converter controls the rotational speed of the water pump to achieve the output flow of water supply, thereby reaching the test flow value. The rotational action is driven by a Panasonic servo motor and a reducer.

15.1. The variable frequency automatic regulation mode changes the frequency of the frequency converter through the PLC program to control the speed of the water pump, so as to achieve the set flow and pressure. All data are converted to the control panel for display through the transmitter.

15.3 Display function: It can display pressure, flow rate, rotational speed, test time, etc.
