1.1 Characters and main use
This machine is applied to test the breaking capacity of plug and receptacle, that is the same with the life-span of insert and withdraw testing. This apparatus can work together with a load machine to perform load test. You can form a closed-loop load power test system with our company's load machine to perform the simulated aging power test with plug and socket at the full load. This apparatus has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, reasonable layout, and the advantages of easy use and maintenance.

Chapter two: installation introduction
2.1 Mounting and dismounting noticeable points
2.1.1 Check the instrument if damaged in transit;
2.1.2 Check the instrument if invert；
2.1.3 Check if the specification on the nameplate of the instrument accord with your order;
2.1.4 Check if the packing list accord with real object.
If above abnormal happened, please don’t use this instrument, and timely to contact with agency or our company.
2.2 Safety rule
2.2.1 Before using this machine, please read manual in depth, learn related safety signs and operation steps, to ensure safety.
2.2.2 Check if the real power supply accord with it in nameplate and make sure the power well grounded.
2.2.3 Layperson forbidden to open the door or rear cover of the machine, to avoid electric shocking.
2.2.4 Instrument screen cannot be scraped by sharp objects.
2.2.5 User cannot modify the circuits or elements, otherwise the guarantee will be invalided, caused any consequences will not be afforded.
2.3 Installation requirement
2.3.1 The instrument should be located in the place without violent shaking, impacting, vibrating and non-corrosiveness air.
2.3.2 The instrument should be placed on horizontal and fixed work stations.
2.3.3 the instrument used ambient temperature should be 25±10℃, related humidity 50±30%RH
2.3.4 The instrument should be far away from heat source and corrosion source.
2.3.5 The instrument should be have well grounded power supply AC 220V/50Hz±10%.

1 connector group: connect gas source, pressure regulating and filtered air.
2 insulation load, voltage load wiring terminal for station 1, external connect insulation load and voltage load of loading machine.
3 fan: heat release.
4 insulation load, voltage load wiring terminal for station 2, external connect insulation load and voltage load of loading machine.
5 input power receptacle and fuse box: provide power supply for instrument (AC 220V/50Hz), if need to change fuse tube, power off first, and pull up the power plug, fuse tube should be 5A/250VAC.
