This waterproof testing equipment is designed and manufactured based on the four test types (R1, R2, S1, S2) specified in the JIS D 0203-1994 standard "Test Methods for Moisture and Water Resistance of Automotive Parts." It is suitable for conducting moisture and water resistance tests on automotive components.
This equipment adopts a stainless steel water pump for water supply, with the water supply volume controlled through a closed-loop system comprising flow sensor, pressure sensor, PLC, and frequency inverter. The flow sensor feeds real-time flow rate and pressure values back to the PLC, which calculates and adjusts the inverter's operating frequency. The inverter then regulates the pump's rotational speed to achieve the desired output flow rate, ensuring the test's specified flow value is met. The rotational motion is driven by a Panasonic servo motor coupled with a gear reducer.
Technical Specifications:
Frequency-conversion auto-regulation mode: the PLC program controls the variable frequency drive frequency to adjust pump speed, achieving preset flow and pressure values. All data is transmitted via transducers and displayed on the control panel.
Setting method: Chinese menu interface with 7-inch color touchscreen input
