20.101 Fan blades, other than those of fans for mounting at high level, shall be guarded unless their leading edges and tips are rounded and
– they have a hardness less than D 60 Shore
Shore Hardness' gauge Type D: applicable to hard rubber, hard resin, acrylic, glass, cushiony plastic cement, printing plates, fiber, etc.
